Polyferric sulfate(PFS) is an efficient and multifunctional inorganic polymer flocculant with a chemical formula of strong electrical neutralization ability and adsorption bridging effect. After hydrolysis, it generates a multi-core complex that can quickly remove colloids, suspended solids, and organic matter from water, with a sedimentation rate better than traditional aluminum salts. It is suitable for the treatment of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater (such as papermaking, printing and dyeing, electroplating), especially adept at phosphorus removal, decolorization, and removal of heavy metals . The pH is widely applicable, with less residual iron ions, dense and low sludge volume, reducing subsequent treatment costs. Moreover, its dosage is low, and the cost is lower than similar products. It has both coagulation and oxidation functions. PFS has become one of the key agents in modern water treatment due to its high efficiency, safety, and strong adaptability.
 

PFS core product features

Efficient flocculation and rapid sedimentation
·Strong electrical neutralization ability: PFS hydrolyzes to produce multi nuclear hydroxyl complexes , which can quickly neutralize the negative charges on the surface of colloidal particles and disrupt the stability of wastewater.
·Adsorption bridging effect: The polymer chain structure can adsorb suspended solids to form alum flowers, greatly reducing processing time.

Widely applicable, multifunctional purification
·Phosphorus and nitrogen removal: insoluble precipitate is generated with phosphate, with a phosphorus removal rate of>90%, suitable for municipal wastewater, aquaculture wastewater, etc.
·Heavy metal removal: Strong chelating ability for heavy metals such as lead (Pb 2+), chromium (Cr6+ ),etc., with a removal rate of up to 95%~99%.
·Decolorization and COD reduction: Especially suitable for high chromaticity wastewater such as printing and dyeing, papermaking, etc., with a decolorization rate of ≥ 85% for reactive dyes and dispersed dyes.

Environmental protection and safety, sludge reduction
·Non toxic residue: PFS has no risk of aluminum ion residue and meets the GB 14591-2016 standard.
·Sludge compaction: The generated flocs have high compaction, reducing disposal costs.

Phosphorus removal (TP): reacts with phosphate to form insoluble precipitate, with a total phosphorus removal rate of over 90%, meeting the Class A standard (TP ≤ 0.5mg/L) of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002).
