PAM can be divided into four categories based on its ionic properties:
Anionic polyacrylamide Carrying negative charge, suitable for flocculation and sedimentation of high suspended solids wastewater, such as mining tailings treatment.
Cationic polyacrylamide Carrying a positive charge, mainly used for sludge dewatering and organic wastewater treatment.
Non-ionic polyacrylamide Non charged, suitable for acidic or high salt wastewater systems.
Amphoteric ion polyacrylamide Simultaneously containing positive and negative charges, used for complex water quality conditions.

The core characteristics of PAM

Efficient flocculation: Through the effects of "adsorption bridging" and "charge neutralization", suspended particles are rapidly aggregated to form flocs.

Solubility: It needs to be dissolved in cold water, and the higher the molecular weight, the longer the dissolution time (usually 30-90 minutes).

Stability: The performance is stable within the pH range of 3-10, and it will degrade at high temperatures (>60 ºC) or with strong oxidants.

Safety: The polymer itself is non-toxic, but the residual amount of monomer PAM needs to be controlled (<0.05%).

Usage and dosage

Dissolve Configuration
We recommend preparing an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.1% to 0.3% by dissolving 1-3kg of our cationic CPAM flocculant per ton of water. With meticulous attention, slowly add the powder while stirring to prevent any clumping. Continue stirring this blend for a comprehensive dissolution over a period of 40-60 minutes. Once dissolved, allow the solution to stand for an additional 30 minutes to achieve enhanced results.

Investment Method
Introduce the prepared solution into the sewage reaction tank using a metering pump for precise control. Alternatively, employ it synergistically with inorganic coagulants like PAC. In scenarios involving high turbidity wastewater, consider increasing the dosage by 20%-30% as needed. Additionally, modify the mixing sequence to adapt to the specific characteristics of the water quality.

Recommended Dosage
For Municipal Sewage, use 2-5g/ton. In Sand Washing/Mining Wastewater, apply 5-10g/ton. For Paper Making/Printing and Dyeing Wastewater, administer 3-8g/ton. In Food Processing Wastewater, where food grade products are necessary, use 1-3g/ton. To establish the ideal dosage, conduct small-scale tests to discern the optimal application rate tailored to your specific requirements.

Precautions
To maximize effectiveness, avoid direct mixing with high-priced metal salts, and dissolve the flocculant at a water temperature not exceeding 60 ºC. Store the product in a cool, dry place, ensuring it is sealed against moisture after opening. For optimal effectiveness, it is advisable to use the prepared solution within 24 hours.

A:It can be verified through the following indicators:
