Dissolve configuration
It is recommended to prepare a 0.1% -0.3% aqueous solution (1-3kg/ton of water) and slowly add the powder under stirring conditions to avoid clumping. Continue stirring for 40-60 minutes until completely dissolved, and let it stand for 30 minutes for better results.
Investment method
Inject the solution into the sewage reaction tank through a metering pump, or use it in combination with inorganic coagulants (such as PAC) first. For high turbidity wastewater, the dosage can be appropriately increased by 20% -30%, and the mixing sequence can be adjusted according to the actual water quality.
Recommended dosage
Municipal sewage: 2-5g/ton; Sand washing/mining wastewater: 5-10g/ton; Paper making/printing and dyeing wastewater: 3-8g/ton; Food processing wastewater: 1-3g/ton (requiring food grade products). The specific dosage needs to be determined through small-scale testing to determine the optimal value.
Avoid direct mixing with high priced metal salts, and dissolve at a water temperature not exceeding 60 ºC. Store in a dry and cool place, seal and prevent moisture after opening. It is recommended to use the solution within 24 hours to ensure effectiveness.
